Wedding Musicians and Party Band for Boston, New England and Cape Cod | Bluegrass, Swing & Old Time Music | The Goodtime Stringband

Wow, time certainly does fly! It’s been almost six months since Bob and Andy started their musical residency at Life Alive in Lowell. Every Thursday night from 6-8pm, we’ve played music from the Goodtime Stringband repertoire, old time fiddle tunes and other assorted stuff. It’s been a great time!

It always hasn’t been just the duo of Bob and Andy. We’ve had a lot of friends sit in with us, including Nicholas Bogosian (banjo/fiddle), Jess Fox (fiddle), Kirsten Lamb (upright bass) and Liz Lawrence (pedal steel guitar).

Please note: Due to some schedule conflicts, we won’t be performing at Life Alive on Thursday, June 14 and 21st, but will be back on the 28th.

Special thanks to the folks at LA for providing an intimate venue for live acoustic music!  Other local band that perform regularly at Life Alive include the Dave Norton Trio, Carl Johnson, Peter Lavender and Arte K.
